Cape Cod Hydrangeas

A perennial favorite - pardon the pun.....

This was inspired by one of my mother's beautiful hydrangea plants, and she loved this painting.  She actually came to the gallery to purchase it....but who can sell to their own mother - even though she dreaded the thought of her daughter being an artist and attending a college of art.  But she felt differently when everyone admired her painting, and to this day it remains one of the most popular prints and cards in my portfolio.  Mom had good taste....
